The app uses a registration application and manual administrator review process. Users may access the applicable community features after their registration applications have been approved by an administrator.

The app does not offer paid digital content, paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Information

2.1 Account Registration Information

When you apply to register an account, we may collect information necessary to create and manage it, including your username, email address and login credentials.

This information is primarily used for account creation, registration review, identity verification, login management and account security.

The phone number, country of residence, province, city, district and personal photograph fields in the registration form are all optional. You may submit a registration application without providing any of this information.

2.2 Personal Photographs and Facial Data for Registration Review

To assist administrators in reviewing registration applications, the app offers an optional feature for uploading a recent personal photograph.

(1) Collection Method

A personal photograph is collected only when a user actively chooses to upload one. Uploading a photograph is entirely voluntary and is not required to apply for registration.

(2) Purpose of Use

Uploaded personal photographs are used solely by authorized administrators for manual registration review. They are not used for advertising, marketing, user profiling or any purpose unrelated to registration review.

(3) Facial Recognition and Biometric Processing

The app does not use facial recognition technology. It does not perform automated facial recognition, extract facial features, conduct biometric analysis or automatically match identities using uploaded personal photographs. It does not create facial biometric templates or maintain a facial recognition database.

(4) Storage and Access

Personal photographs submitted for registration review are temporarily stored using a third-party cloud storage service with appropriate security measures. Only authorized administrators may access them during the registration review period.

(5) Data Sharing

We do not sell, publicly disclose or provide registration review photographs to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

To provide necessary data storage, we may engage third-party cloud infrastructure providers to process relevant data. These providers process information only to the extent necessary to deliver their services. We do not authorize them to use photographs independently for advertising, marketing or facial recognition.

(6) Retention and Deletion

Personal photographs for registration review are retained only during the registration application review period.

Whether a registration application is approved or rejected, the system automatically deletes the corresponding photograph file from cloud storage once the review is completed.

Registration review photographs are not automatically converted into user avatars and are not displayed as public community profile information.

2.3 User Avatars

After registration is approved, users may voluntarily upload an avatar for display on their community profiles and to distinguish their identities.

Avatars may contain facial images, but the app does not perform automated facial recognition, facial biometric feature extraction or biometric analysis on avatars.

User avatars and personal photographs submitted for registration review serve different purposes and are subject to different retention and deletion rules.

Avatars are retained while the account remains in normal use, as needed for profile display.

When a user deletes their account, the system automatically deletes their avatar and the corresponding stored file.

2.4 User-Generated Content

When you use community features, we may collect and process content you voluntarily submit, including:

• Posts and articles;
• Comments and replies;
• Uploaded images and attachments;
• Other community content you choose to publish.

This information is used to support community discussions, content display, interaction and moderation.

Content you publish may be viewed by other community users with the relevant access permissions.

We do not perform automated facial recognition or facial biometric analysis on images published by users.

Please avoid disclosing unnecessary sensitive personal information in posts, comments or images.

When a user deletes their account, the system automatically deletes all posts, comments, replies and related image files published by that user.

2.5 Device and Operational Information

To keep the app functioning properly, maintain account security and troubleshoot technical issues, we may process necessary technical information, including:

• Device type;
• Operating system version;
• IP address;
• Network request information;
• Service operation and error logs.

This information is used only to provide services, protect security and perform technical maintenance, not for unrelated commercial purposes.

3. Device Permissions

3.1 Camera Permission

The app may request access to the device camera when a user chooses to take a photo.

Camera access is used only for photo-taking initiated by the user. We do not take photos using the camera without an action initiated by the user.

3.2 Photo Access Permission

When a user chooses to upload an avatar, post image or registration review photograph, the app may use the photo selection functionality provided by the device operating system.

We process only images actively selected by the user and do not otherwise collect content from the photo library.

3.3 Permission Management

Users can manage relevant permissions through their device settings.

Denying camera or photo access may affect related image features but will not affect basic services that do not require those permissions.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Information

We process personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide our services, primarily to:

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We determine data retention periods based on the purposes of processing, service needs and applicable legal requirements.

7.1 Personal Photographs for Registration Review

Personal photographs for registration review are retained only during the registration application review period.

Whether the application is approved or rejected, the system automatically deletes the corresponding photograph file from cloud storage after the review is completed.

7.2 User Avatars

User avatars are retained while the account is in normal use, as needed for profile display.

When a user deletes their account, the system automatically deletes their avatar and corresponding stored file.

7.3 Posts, Comments and Images

Posts, comments, replies and related images published by users are retained during normal account use as needed for community features.

When a user deletes their account, the system automatically deletes all posts, comments, replies and related image files published by that user.

7.4 Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the account deletion feature provided in the app.

After account deletion, the system automatically deletes the following data associated with the account:

1. Account details and personal information;
2. The user’s uploaded avatar and corresponding file;
3. All posts published by the user;
4. All images uploaded in posts;
5. All comments and replies published by the user.

7.5 Legal Requirements

If applicable laws or regulations require the retention of certain information, we may retain necessary data for the legally required period and restrict its use.

When the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information in accordance with applicable law.

8. Your Privacy Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may exercise the following rights:

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
